Last Monday, my friend James Robinson reached out to me and asked if I would be interested in sitting down and talking about racism in light of the recent murder of George Floyd and the need for America to wake up to systemic racism. We had our conversation and I'm continuing with more. Today I am joined by musician, director, artist, multimedia director and father, Jonathan Horstmann. Jonathan shares his experience with racism, what we can do to end it, The Race Based Stress Model, the informational videos he's been making, gives ideas where to donate time and money and much more. I would like to thank Jonathan for sharing his story and time with me. We have a lot of work to do. Listening is the best place to start. Black Lives Matter.
