Jon Dee Graham (1959-2026)

It's a sad, sad day in the world of music today. Yesterday, legendary singer-songwriter Jon Dee Graham passed away. My heart goes out to his family, his friends, and our music community here in Austin. Jon Dee will be missed by so many. His musical reach was huge and he also had such an amazing impact on so many people on a personal level. Myself included. I was a huge fan of his music and of him as a person and am so saddened by this loss. These conversations with Jon Dee are from episode 17 from October of 2011 and episode 1340 from December of 2023. They're such great conversations. Classic Jon Dee. There's a lot of truth and a lot of laughs in these conversations and that's what I'll remember most about hanging out with him; his spirit. Rest in peace Jon Dee. You'll be missed.
